This notice covers this website. The Ryzlo iOS app is covered separately by the app privacy policy, and the Ryzlo browser extension by the browser extension privacy policy. Your Screen Time selections never leave your device, and this website never receives any app data.

What we collect, and why

We do not buy, sell, rent or share your data for marketing. We do not build profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no cross-site tracking, which is why you were not asked to accept any.
Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless: it does not set a cookie, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other sites.
The only thing we store in your browser is a single session-only entry (ryzlo-intro) that remembers the opening animation has already played, so you don't sit through it twice. It contains no identifier, is never sent to us, and your browser discards it when you close the tab.
Fonts
Our fonts are served from our own servers rather than a third-party font CDN, so loading this page does not disclose your IP address to a font provider.
Who else processes your data
We keep the list short on purpose. These providers act on our instructions:

Where a provider is outside the UK/EEA, that transfer relies on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as set out in each provider's terms.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to 12 months after we have answered you, then deleted.
- Analytics: retained by Cloudflare in aggregate form. It is not linked to you.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the data we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- send it to you, or another provider, in a portable format.
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — just email us and we will delete what you sent. We do not run a mailing list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
